I have gone through the CEM decode process and received an automated email advising it was finished, I can also see on the Security tab that the CEM PIN is stored so I am assuming the VDASH server has a note of the pin stored. However if I try to do any config changes ie disabling the Stop / Start I get a msg advising "Unable to restore original of CEM. The unit hasn`t been read" ? How do I get past this issue ?

Secondly I have also recently changed the VCM backup battery but trying to reset the counter I then hit the "You need the IMMO pin" to do this. Is this another decode that has to be paid for in VDASH ( I can`t find anything related to it ) or is there another process I need to follow ?
