We are working Volvo S60 2023 and we have successfully cleared all other DTCs in the car. The remaining fault is:

SRS-B119343
Crash event storage full and locked. System Internal Failures. Special memory failure.

We don't know how to navigate this issue further or what other solutions might be there so I'd like to ask for any input. I will gladly provide any other information I haven't mentioned in this post.

I'm going to need to do this shortly, and I'm curious if VDASH can actually clear this, everywhere else you need to bench it and clear it.

But I might be wrong, as the screenshots are from XC90, and you are talking about S60...
