<![CDATA[Can't read TDC polestar 2 2023]]>Hi ! I installed vdash on my laptop yesterday, my car is detected but when I click Read TDC or Clear TDC I get a pop up window with Command Not Found in it. No TDC shows up. I currently have the front bumper off so there should be some TDC to show.

I use a VOE cable,and I have to put the car in drive (D) in order for vdash to see it

Vdash can't crack/obtain any of the pins you need. But even it would be possible through Vdash, you wouldn't get to see the pins. The rest of the functionalities are basically the same for both softwares.
And if you want to visit a volvo dealer, you need to revert all changes done with Vdash or Orbit, or your car will be blacklisted for all software updates. https://d5t5.com/article/vida_software _download_failed_car_blocked

But I think it's either your computer that has problems with using 2 network connections simultaneously. One to your car and one to Internet. Or the Vdash servers need a little kick in the butt.
You can also try this software https://vtool.info/ but you will still need the VGM pin to delete codes.

I was sitting no the driver seat and had the car in D, not it N maybe that's my issue. Also driver door was open

And you have to sit on the drivers seat all the time. Putting the car in P or leaving the seat will end the communication with the car.

I don't have 3rd party antivirus or security, just basic Microsoft stuff.

This pin can only be obtained by installing a software update/reload via the official VIDA and monitoring the traffic between the car and VIDA while this happens. Do you see all modules after clicking connect in Vdash? If yes, in which colours?
