CEM Sync loss...

I have recently got this S40 2.4i from 2005.
It worked fine until it started showing a few errors in the dash. I parked it at home and after I turned it off it wouldn't start again. I tried to crank it a few times but it wouldn't start. It displayed the message "Immobilizer, see manual". I took the battery out and noticed it was low on battery, so I charged it back and noticed it was not bad but just low. I think it lost sync between computers.
Now my question is, can I sync it back using VDASH?
I appreciate any help with this issue.
