Crank/No start

I have a 2004 S80 2.5t. I bolted a k24 and was doing some tuning on it using tunerpro and openmoose to flash. I had a tune that was working but the boost was kind of "choppy" so I adjusted the boost tables a little, trying to smooth it out. Uploaded the tune and everything seemed good. Then I tried to start the car. Now it just cranks and cranks but won't fire up and run. Looking for ideas on how to get my car running again without going to the dealer. Thanks in advance.
