VDD App not workin properly after subscription

Hello
I was using VDD android app for 2 months after purchasing from offical dealer(was activated on 19.12.2024 so for 2 free months)Today i paid for extend subscription and app was unlocked again, but there it's a problem with app in service tab, to DTC's, the button for clearing it's not showing.
Also i want mention that when i get notified in notification bar about something like '' key is in position II'' and i tap on that notification, i get a blank page with some error written in the middle bottom page.
Also, saw that there are some more related issues to VDD APP: - unlocking the car is not working, either before subscription, nor after subscription, just locking. (I know is still to be implement)
- when pressing to close/open windows, the function not working at all.
- opening the roof cause that roof being blocked and need to reset it after that. -

I bought VDD dongle in november and then i could delete the trouble codes but know the button is gone in my app too, did you get solution to this problem?
Yes.
I mean, just wanted know that the button reappeared again. Dunno if it's because i forced close the app, cleared cache & data and relogin again. But this evening the button appeared.Although, the other issues still there.

Well, mine it's working well. But found that is staying only in 2g, even if there it's 4g signal.
Will try to dismount and mount again the vdd dongle. -

I have the same problem,it only shows 2G coverage. -
Anyone know why my vdd app says "there are not data, start the vehicle first" and online page says subscription expired although it doesn't expire until tomorrow and it has been renewed for almost an hour now but still not working. Vdd should be 4g 3x version but shows as 2x in the app

So it works to renew subscription from the website but not from within the app, is this some sort of money grabbing scheme to charge for a subscription in the app and then not activating it until you purchase another subscription from the web page so you have to pay double the price? The added month of subscription from the web page doesn't show in the app either

LTE was released yesterday.
3 days it was 2G and now it shows LTE.
