Hey, thanks for the reply. The EGR was blanked and then the ECU remapped by a car tuning company. The ECU light remained off for about 14 months until Volvo replaced a steering rack. Can you explain the software reload in VIDA?

Around 14 months ago, we had the EGR deleted on the V60 , D4 2015 model. P3. Everything has been great until the car had to go into Volvo for a steering rack replacement. Since, we have an ECU checksum error. I suspect the ecus are speaking and identifying that an ecu modification has been made. Is this something that can be rectified in VDASH? I am happy to invest in a subscription for the vehicle but want to be sure this can be rectified before doing so. Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks, B
