Received VOE with ethernet adapter and the Vdash connected to the car without issue. I have the Vdash lite account and it seems I can't run even basic diagnostic. Do I need to buy subscription for any reading?

I installed the driver (x64). Tried your suggestions but still no connection to the car.

I bought your J2534 cable. Installed the VDASH but the software doesn't detect the car. The vehicle is 2022 Volvo XC40 T5. The car is up and running and there is no issue with the OBD port. Please advise.
