Hello everyone! The cylinder block burst on the D4204T11 engine. Be located in the starter area. The box was removed. There is a crack. They brewed it. It was enough for a month. The box was removed and the crack went on. Now it runs from the crankshaft insert support to the front of the block (where the starter is located). It flows very strongly (1 liter per 100 km). The engine was disassembled. Situation: the sleeve coating is excellent. Pistons and sleeves have a minimum clearance of about 0.1 (although we don't know the clearance). Piston liners are normal (it may be better to put a nominal value). There is a slight wear on the crankshaft liners.
We found a replacement unit. Maybe he'll do. We'll keep watching.
Questions:
- We need the article number of the set of nominal crankshaft inserts. On connecting rods and necks.
- We need the article number of the set of nominal piston rings.3. How to choose a set of nominal crankshaft inserts in a block with a bed? Their number is 1443067.
Maybe we're going in the wrong direction. Guide us.
