Now i have this strange situation where SRS code (SRS-0128 CAN Signal) was cleared with vdash, and doesnt return, but on DIM, there is still message:airbag service requiered. (no word urgent).
Actually, it kinda reminds me situation with my EGR.I had it physically blocked, and of course there was DTC for that. I kept deleting it with generic elm327 and it kept returning after less than 30 kilometers. Then i cleared it with VDash, and hasnt returned for over 1000 km. How is this possible? EGR wasnt programmed out of car.

anyway, after battery change, all errors (apart of that airbag service required) vanished,

@T5-T6-Schnappi thanks. actually, i have an idea it could be from battery, as it is old. Voltage was over 12 volt, but maybe dropped during the process?
i didnt see any requirement to use charger during process?

hello, after configuration change on my P1 Volvo (2008 S40), i got quite a few new errors:
ECM-0607 Engine control module (ECM). Internal fault.
ECM-2101 Throttle motor. Faulty signal.
ECM-2107 Electronic throttle unit. Internal fault.
ECM-2110 Electronic throttle unit. Internal fault.
ECM-D900 Control module communication. Faulty communication.

• information on dim: airbag service required
  they cannot be erased through vdash or disconnecting battery for 15 minutes.
  Configuration change (vdash with super J2534) consisted of:
  Belt reminder -> EU type, only driver system
  Speed limitation -> 250km/h (160mph)
  Dipped Beam Logic -> Flexstd - no lights in '0' - Recommended
  Audio equipment -> Standard audio
  SWM audio buttons -> Enabled
  car runs normal, apart of those airbag message (with audio signal).
  So, question is simple. Should i be worried?

@T5-T6-Schnappi thanks for info, even though is a sad one. Guess i will just stick to factory setup, and in case something happen to engine (as it burns oil), will think about swapping to 2.0. because I heard it is easy. Or buy new car

2008 Volvo S40 with ford's 1.8 petrol isnt quick car, nor comfortable to drive at highway speed. Do you happen to know not to expensive way to improve satisfaction with drive (apart from changing car)?
Now I am considering replacing throttle body to bigger one. Has anyone tried that?

In case somebody is interested, i got also answer from D5T5. They stated that is necesarry to have at least small acount to decode, and option to decode with AI will be unavailable at least 2 weeks for technical reasons.

@T5-T6-Schnappi thanks for warning, when i bought i was under impression that is compatible with Vdash. actually mine is S40 from P1 platform. Do you think if I get Mongoose Pro or Super J2534 i will be able to decode CEM with Vdash eventually?

i want to buy flat VDASH config for my 2008 Volvo S40, but i dont know CEM pin for this car, and in Vdash both options to decode pin are greyed out. I use vxdiag nano, if that matters. So question is, Vdash will decode CEM pin after buying flat config to allow changes, or i will get stuck with purchase i cannot use?

i have 2008 S40 with 1.8 petrol engine. I know there arent any engine optimizations in VDash for this car, but is it possible to only delete EGR in VDash? I think about phisically block egr in the car, but also want to turn off check engine control.
