D5 engine not inline with stabiliser bar bracket.

Why is my D5 engine top torque mount out of line to the left of the bracket on the stabiliser bar. To stop it damaging the engine mount I have had to offset it by putting a 20mm spacer in? I have replaced all engine mounts for new proper mounts and vacuum system tested ok with gauge. I also have big vibrations at idle and 1600 to 2000 rpm.
I can't see anything obvious and this is driving me nuts. can anyone help please?
