Another Magneti Marelli ETM question

Owned the 2001 XC70 for 10 years, did the Sacer contactless 8 years ago. Whats the likelyhood the Magneti Marelli ETM is dying or is it wiring/another module.
CONFUSING fault codes. Getting Accelerator low signal 902A

Threw in a used contactless throttle pedal at car and no change, checked +12v and ground all appears good. Internet in Australia is notoriously bad, sometimes no drops outs sometimes many. In the ETM test graph what could cause the glitches, i had the ETM removed and watched the butterfly valve hesitate, i do not believe its rubbing/binding
