No maps in Navigation

Hello everyone,
Today, when I opened the navigation in my Volvo v60 2012, the screen was just black—although the GPS coordinates still work. No matter where I go, the position is accurate, but the map itself isn’t displaying. I’ve attached a picture for reference.
I tried updating the maps, but it said they’re already up to date(version 30.20.03).
Does anyone know why this is happening or what I should do to fix it?
