V40 D2 - Bricked DIM after failed flash

Hi,
I accidentaly flashed my DIM using P3Tool. Now it is bricked.
Part number is 360100135.
It's a Volvo V40 D2 Powershift 2015.
The D5T5 was king enough to use a backup to reconstruct the file, but I'm still waiting on them.
My question is, what process should I use to restore it, once I get the file?
I also ordered a used DIM with the same part number. It has around 180 000kms, while mine is at around 111000 kms.
Any toughts or tests you can recommend?
