Switch dash info from U.S. to Metric

I have a 2017 XC90 purchased in the U.S. and shipped back to Sweden 2022. While some headsup display/dash info can easily be converted from MPH/F to Kmh/C etc, certain parts of heads-up display and dash remains MPH/F. The Bilia guy called Volvo support w/o success to fix. Is this a hw or sw issue? Can it be fixed?
