@Radurov Is VidaMonitor/VidaControlCenter running and fully started? Check the bottom left edge of the taskbar right next to the clock.

Which version of Windows are you using? If Win11 26H1/26H2, you have to manually download and install .NET 3.5 for VIDA to run.
Any third party Security-, Antivirus-, Firewall- or VPN-software installed on that machine.

This worked perfectly well on win11. I have a dice-J2534 I bought on Amazon, I still needed to install the original driver provided on the CD to make averything working. thanks @ZaanTerror
