Japan to UK convertion

Hi, Japan import volvo xc60 2013, need convert km to miles and change frequency of radio and also maps, have UK radio for replace, but how to get correct configuration after MOST OFF, CEM configuration already done by SMOK UHDS, PLEASE ADVICE,

Have you decoded the CEM PIN? and try changing it with VDASH?
