XC60 II + DICE

Greetings!

I have XC60 II 2019 and a DICE unit ...I did manage to connect to the car and read errors, but:

1. I cannot see any parameters
2. I cannot see the option to replace/rewrite the engines main battery

Do I need to pay for points 1 and 2 or I need a VOE adapter, or vdash doesnt support this?
