Well, mine it's working well. But found that is staying only in 2g, even if there it's 4g signal.
Will try to dismount and mount again the vdd dongle.

I having same issue. After new subscription. VDD still showing Offline. Any solution for this issue? Who should I refer to?

@witchaboy Did you get 4G working?
I have the same problem,it only shows 2G coverage.

@Kapa what are the first 2 digits of your dongle serial number? 1x, 2x or 3x? The serial is shown in the VDD app under the settings tab.

Anyone know why my vdd app says "there are not data, start the vehicle first" and online page says subscription expired although it doesn't expire until tomorrow and it has been renewed for almost an hour now but still not working. Vdd should be 4g 3x version but shows as 2x in the app

So it works to renew subscription from the website but not from within the app, is this some sort of money grabbing scheme to charge for a subscription in the app and then not activating it until you purchase another subscription from the web page so you have to pay double the price? The added month of subscription from the web page doesn't show in the app either

LTE was released yesterday.
3 days it was 2G and now it shows LTE.

@skuzeri the VDD servers suffer from heavy Ddos attacs from time to time. It seems like this is actually happening again. I have the same problem.

@skuzeri Yeah, it's broken for me too. It was working ~12 hours ago but sometime after that I was no longer able to open the app.
