2012 V60 lost keys

My wife has lost out only key for the car so im trying to figure out if I have any options other than getting it towed to volvo and get them to pull my pants down. The above isn't really an option as the value of the car will likely be less than their bill. It would literally be easier to buy another car!
We had a spare key blade so we can get into the car but the alarm goes off.
I have previously cracked the CEM and the data is stored on Vdash. Is there a way of creating another key from this stored data? As it stands I can't power the car up for Vdash to communicate with it. Can I take the CEM out and power it up on a bench? Or run a temp 12v supply direct to the board?
