ACC activation

Hello, i am trying to activate ACC on my Volvo XC 60 - 2020. I have PIN and managed to connect successfully. Meanwhile all advanced configuration options remains grey and i am not able to add them/ACC in to basket. Any advise for a reason and how to resolve? Thank you

Do you have all the necessary hardware for it?

@ALEX-ch do you have a "sponsored" or "small home" account? If you have a sponsored account, you have only limited access and need to contact the support to enable the options you want to purchase. Or buy a config subscription for your car, if you want to change more than one thing.
