V60 DIM/climate control panel problem

Volvo V60 2013 (P3 platform)
Engine: D4 D4162T
Problem description
After removing and reinstalling the DIM (doesn't change) while the battery was still connected, the climate control completely stopped working.
Symptoms
Climate control panel is dead (no response)
No backlight on climate buttons
Climate buttons and center console buttons do not respond
Engine starts and runs normally
DIM powers on and displays information normally
Diagnostics / DTCs
Using VIDA / VDash / diagnostics:
CCM is not active / not responding
CEM-U016400 – Lost communication with Climate Control Module (CCM)
CVM-U042468 – Invalid data received from HVAC control module
DIM-U300045 – Control module internal failure / configuration issue
CAN communication is present, but LIN comfort network does not wake up.
🧪 What has already been checked
All related fuses checked
Battery reset / sleep procedures done
CCM, DIM and other modules are physically connected correctly
No signs of hardware damage
Main goal is to restore climate control
Any experience, confirmation or technical insight would be greatly appreciated. -
The issue turned out to be a fuse and a poor electrical contact. After fixing that, the main problem was resolved.
However, I would really appreciate it if someone could advise how to properly fix the DIM issue (diagnostics, repair, or software-related solutions). -
@Oleksandr1540 DIM-U300045 is the result of milage manipulation. Vdash should provide a software reload to fix this. Just connect your car to vdash and click on the DIM. There should be an option to perform a software update/reload. Use a Mongoose JLR or Super J2534 adapter for this. Don't do this if your adapter is a Vxdiag/Vxnano, or you will brick your car.
