V40 Navi - change Chinese to EU

I have a P40 (in Berlin Germany) with a Navigation System in Chinese/english language with no EU maps.
So, no Navigation is possible.

Question: is it possible to change the System to an EU Model to have german Navigation.
And if possible, can it be done in Berlin (best way) or send it to tscech?
