No issues with car until Vdash pin decode, no wont start.

2016 XC90 T8, Only had one issue with the car in the 2 years ive owned it, last month throttle body unit gave up, replaced and car ran better than before.
I purchase the Android auto kit from volvo and fitted that, still no issues.
Paid for Vdash 12 month package, as i wanted to program in the Andriod auto kit and will be changing the fuel tank to the 71L unit, so would need to change the settings for that.
I needed the Decode pin, so set it away, but as it was taking 140+ hours, i needed the car, so shut it down, used the car and then during the week, used the AI option for the decode pin.
that was completed within a day or so.
Plugged Vdash in and did the Android auto software addition.
all seemed well.
Loaded the car for a tip run, went to the tip, switched off the engine, then would not start.
turning the start knob and all it says is, turn to start, but nothing, called AA, he came out and eventually cleared codes to get it started and drove home.AA said it was possibly the 12v battery, the battery looked like the original Volvo unit, so fitted a new battery, but still the same issue.
I have tried to find on Vdash if i can reset the battery monitor, but cant find a reset anywhere.
The same codes re-appear and stop the car starting.
Any help appreciated.DTC that keep coming up.

Well, had an update back from "Support".
Hello Richard.
Codes are not realted to cem pin decoding.
Most probably its caused by your cem changes (experimenting with parking options). What I can suggest:
Go back to original settings, then go to volvo dealer to do the calibration/battery reset. Then change in Vdash only the options that work for Your car.And the issues with VCM - there are some electrical errors, suggesting that it's not properly connected (Circuit short to ground)
Backup battery reset can be done with Vdash under the VCM box.
Best regards, Michał Kabziński.
There was not one fault with the car, or HV system, until Vdash Cem pin decode.
So not happy, especially as I e paid the £188 for access to the software.
Suggest avoid if unsure of paying for the program.

It was discovered last week, that there
can be some times where the PHEV
T8 vehicles, will not be in the correct
state for programming. It can cause a
painful problem if the car is flashed
when the battery contactors are in the
"closed" state, the contactors could
get stuck and require Volvo service to
fix it. It has been a problem only for
the "pre 2020" T8 models and not a
common issue, but all hybrid vehicles
with high voltage battery could
potentially be affected. This is what has happened to my car. What checks does Vdash do, this info is from the OrBit forum, they have identified the issue and made and upgrade to their software to stop this happening.
I have been to my local dealer and they are saying the will need to pull the HV battery pack out and possibly replace it.
It's clear this is a software issue.
Has anyone else come up with a fix, I know it will be limited, due the small range of vehicles affected.I still stand by what I said that Vdash has caused the issue, as it was fine before plugged in to get the cem pin decoded.
