XC90 SPA 2016 UK Headlight swap to EU Help

Hi all,
I have a 2016 UK model XC90 Inscription which i have brought to Spain and we want to keep it, but to meet the Spanish law for registering it legally, the beam pattern requires adjustment and on the car this is not possible, took it to a Volvo dealer in Spain and they stated the headlights require replacing, they gave me the equivilent model numbers and managed to source them used from Poland.
Swapped the modules over from the UK lights etc but when turning the car on it has a list of errors, mainly the daytime running lights no longer work and both front indicators do not work, have downloaded Orbit and these are the errors below:
CEM-B11D013 - DayTime Running Light Left (DRL)- General Electrical Failures- Circuit open
CEM-B11DC13 - DayTime Running Light Right (DRL)- General Electrical Failures- Circuit open
CEM-B123A12 - Left Front Turn Indicator- General Electrical Failures- Circuit short to battery
CEM-B123A13 - Left Front Turn Indicator- General Electrical Failures- Circuit open
CEM-B123B12 - Right Front Turn Indicator- General Electrical Failures- Circuit short to battery
CEM-U100D87 - TPMS Information From HMI / DIM- Bus Signal / Message Failures- Missing message
Any help and suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Most probably incompatible/wrong HCM. What are the part numbers of original UK and the new headlights? And don't mention that you use orbit in the official vdash forum. That's a big red flag!

I ised my original modules from the UK lights as the replacement headlights did not come with any. Original UK left side part number is 31468665 XC90 LED LHT LHS
Volvo recommended EU replacement part number is 31677038 XC90 LED RHT LHS
Original UK Right Hand side (drivers side) part number is 31468584 XC90 LED LHT RHS
Recommended EU replacement part number is 31677039 XC90 LED RHT RHS

after moving my original Signal Drive Units (all 4 modules)
(31446806)
to EU headlamps
31353153 / 31446688.Does this indicateincompatible firmware, module programming required,
or incompatible Signal Drive Units?Can VDASH reprogram these modules?
I did conversion from US to EU which I thought could convert headlights as well but unfortunately not.... which means I kinda "lost" lots of euros on that worthless action I did.

@SOpEL the modules needed for your EU headlights have the part numbers 31395943 (pos. 2), 31395944 (pos. 3), 31395945 (pos. 4), and maybe also 31395946 (pos. 5).
Without any guarantee that this is still correct.
Vdash can't perform software reloads/updates or configure headlights on SPAs. That's my last state of knowledge.
You might be able to clone the HCM software from your old modules with Vdash, but I can't tell you if this will solve your problems.
The software seems to be the same on all HCMs. At least the software number for a HCM reload is always 31472823 in my catalogue.
