    @repeq
    Did you let my installer handle the SQL installation? If yes verify that SQL Server Service is started and running.

    If you installed SQL with the setup from ISSetupPrequisites folder uninstall VIDA and SQL Server and start installation again.

      @Vreaper I have the same issue with the zoomed in isoview window, but only under Win 10 on a laptop that had another version of VIDA installed before I switched to ZaanTerrors Version. I can zoom in and out with the mouse wheel and with a pinch-and-zoom gesture on the trackpad. But here comes the weird part, if I boot this laptop from a Windows to go USB drive with Win 11 and clean install of VIDA, this issue doesn't occur. So my conclusion is, there is something left from a previous version of Isoview or VIDA that causes this. Maybe a registry entry or some sort of config file.

        I had to open Port 1433 and SQL Browser (UDP 1434) in the win firewall and release port 80 for Vida and block the automatically starting World Wide Web Publishing Service. Now it seems to work.

            I had the same problem with SQL libraries, it even seemed impossible to get the post to work, but finally, using artificial intelligence, I managed to do it.

              @sangcXL3 I first stopped VIDA Monitor and all SQL services, then I uninstalled the old VIDA, everything related to SQL, and Isoview with their uninstallers. Rebooted the computer. And then I manually deleted all folders related to VIDA, Volvo, Isoview and Microsoft SQL. This is quite tricky as lots of those folders are hidden. Look into the subfolders of C:/ProgramData/ (hidden); C:/users/{yourWindowsusername}/AppData/ (hidden) press Windows-key together with R and then simply enter AppData and press Enter to open this folder; C:/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/; C:/Program Files/Common Files/. I also removed several registry keys in HKLM\SOFTWARE\ and HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node.
              After another reboot the new VIDA installed without problems.

                I actually was able to solve the issue on my win11 machine

                for anyone else with the same issue

                try setting the resolution under 1440x900 and have absolutely no scaling. i think scaling 150% on the 1920x1080 resolution was causing it for me

                when i lower resolution under 1440x900 it never happens.

                I think vida back then wasnt used to running on high resolutions, atleast with dpi scaling.

                  @Vreaper the old VIDA indead had problems with high resolutions. You had to use the right mouse button to select ecus in the network and communication tab. But zooming was never a problem.

                    @ZaanTerror Thank you so much.
                    I install your version, and at least for my case is perfect. I didn´t find yet any problem. Also, it was so easy to install it.

                      @ZaanTerror I installed it and have been using it for a while now, it works great, when could I get a new version of what you're commenting on?
