RESET COUNTER VCM

I'm getting the "Volvo On Call. Service required" message and I'm guessing it's the backup battery that needs to be changed.

When I check online, it looks like I need to reset the counter in the VCM or install some update?

Can this be done with vdash and if so, how? in vdash dont find any problems but i have a message about service on voc

Check under VCM is there errors, usual when error, Vdash offer bub reset , but there no info about price, and you need immo pin.
