There are various OBD HUD displays for this, or countless apps for mobile phones like Car Scanner ELM OBD2, that just require an OBD-dongle like a vLinker MC+ or OBDLink MX+, and show all parameters that are provided by the ECUs that are installed in your car. Except oil pressure. Volvo uses simple oil pressure switches on most of their engines that switch on/off at a specific pressure value and give a warning when the pressure is below a specific pressure value. If you want to see absolute pressure values, you have to install an aftermarket solution for that.
