@zgr444 Enter your VIN in the search field on the D5T5 homepage. All tuning options possible for your car should be shown. But as your car is polestar tuned, you should try to contact Obbe tuning, who is making all tunes for Vdash, first. The "Original + EGR off + DPF off" tunes are usually based on the non polestar software and would remove the polestar tune from your car. At least for the engine. I have no idea how the transmission part of the polestar tune is affected.
If you have a working Vdash setup, you can also just connect your car and click the engine optimization option to see all options possible. This should check the software version of your ECM, and present tunes based on that.
To tune your car, you will have to crack the ECM pin, and maybe also the CEM pin first. And you will have permanent DTCs afterwards, that will clearly indicate that your car runs with modified software. And if you have to visit a volvo dealer or want to do an OTA update, you will have to revert the car to the original software or the car will be blacklisted/blocked for all software updates/reloads.

Hi. 2010 XC60 T6 USA. I decoded my pin and updated the configuration, modifying the "tyre circumference" parameter from 2250mm to 2395mm. After making the change successfully in VDASH, I reloaded my configuration in VITA just to check it, and VIDA reports the tyre circumference as 2210mm.

Do you all check your configuration changes against VITA, and do they match? I'm concerned that VDASH has entered a value that is not compatible with my car and now I don't know which number to trust.

@Dbend121 the fuel heater isn't designed to run for a longer period of time. If the heater runs continously, you will have a serious risk of fire under the bonet that could seriously harm or even kill you while you're sleeping. The battery would also be drained in no time. So, that's really no good idea. Get yourself a well isolated sleeping bag and leave a window or the sunroof slightly open for ventilation while you sleep, or get a car that is meant to use for sleeping inside, like a camper van or RCV.

Integration in Google Home, Alexa and so on would be great, but I don't think that such feature will be realized in the near future.

@sizan Is the DPF also physically removed from the car?
You should also check if the correct injector class is set in the ECM, before you try different software.
Another stupid question. Does the VIN that is reported by the CEM/shown in Vdash match the VIN that is stamped in the chassis?

Vdash has a backup/clone function. So it should be possible to make a backup before flashing different software. The button is somewhere in the top right corner between "configuration" and "Ecu diagnostic", after the car is connected.
Attach a really good charger while flashing/backup.
When the programming is done, shut off the car and leave it alone for a while. And be prepared that the car might not start at the first attempt after flashing. This is normal on some cars.
On some cars you also need to reset the ECM adaptions after a flash. I can't tell you if this required on this specific engine.
