V40 IHU

On my 2016 V40 I can't activate engineering mode unfortunately... Looks like this specific SW has blocked access. Is there any other options to change the market? Thanks in advance

There is no engineering mode in V40s. You need to crack the CEM and security PIN to disable ITP security and swap in a used localized IHU. https://svdns.info/2023/08/27/so-youve-bought-an-import-volvo/

Not always the IMMO code can be decoded in order to disable the ITP. On my 2013 V40 successfully cracked the PIN and making changes, but cant find the IMMO code, so I cant add keys or swap media for example.
