V40 2013 Jap import radio frequency

Hi All. just bought recently this V40 from Japan. Not sure if it's P1 or P3. I want to change frequency of the radio. I don't really need to do something else. I can borrow genuine DICE interface. What version of the VDASH do I need to buy to make that happen?

You can use only the latest version of VDash, so just download and follow the instructions for CEM PIN decoding and then for the process and price of the conversion.

@joroartcorp thanks for your answer. I just wanted to learn the price first and compare that with dealership price and then see where I'd go.
