ich benötige derzeit die Pinbelegung dieses SRS-Steuergeräts mit der genannten Modellnummer. Haben Sie dazu eventuell Unterlagen oder Dokumentationen?

Zunächst möchte ich prüfen, ob die Versorgungsspannung am Steuergerät anliegt. Der Grund ist, dass VDash weder die Hardware- noch die Software-Version des SRS-Steuergeräts auslesen kann. Das bedeutet für mich, dass das Steuergerät offenbar überhaupt nicht erkannt wird.

Meine zweite Frage: Wenn ich ein gebrauchtes SRS-Steuergerät kaufe und in das Fahrzeug einbaue, reicht es dann aus, die Konfiguration mit VDash durchzuführen, oder sind noch weitere Schritte erforderlich?

@T5-T6-Schnappi Der Gurtwarner funktioniert übrigens auch nicht. Obwohl der Sicherheitsgurt nicht angelegt ist, kommt während der Fahrt kein Warnton.

Ich werde mir das SRS-Steuergerät genauer ansehen und euch anschließend berichten, was ich herausgefunden habe.

Worauf muss ich beim Ausbau des SRS-Moduls achten?

Selbst wenn einmal Flüssigkeit darauf verschüttet worden wäre, halte ich es für nahezu ausgeschlossen, dass irgendeine Flüssigkeit bis auf die Elektronikplatine im Inneren gelangt ist. Oder liege ich da falsch?

Dieses Gerät habe ich gekauft und eingebaut. Es wird hinter dem Audiosystem angeschlossen. Ich habe es etwa sieben Monate lang problemlos genutzt, und als die aktuellen Probleme auftraten, war das Gerät noch eingebaut.

Was mir bei diesem Gerät aufgefallen ist: Es schien sich nie vollständig auszuschalten und wirkte, als würde es ständig im Hintergrund weiterlaufen. Ich hatte auf meinem iPhone eine Automation eingerichtet, sodass beim Annähern an das Fahrzeug bestimmte Apps automatisch gestartet wurden. Das funktionierte auch dann, wenn das Fahrzeug eigentlich ausgeschaltet war, was bei mir den Eindruck erweckte, dass das Gerät dauerhaft aktiv blieb.

Inzwischen habe ich das Gerät wieder ausgebaut, aber die Fehler sind weiterhin vorhanden.

Allerdings glaube ich nicht, dass die von diesem Gerät verwendeten Kabel oder Anschlüsse direkt beschädigt sind, denn die Funktionen des Fahrzeugs arbeiten weiterhin problemlos. Ich wollte diese Information nur ergänzend erwähnen, falls sie bei der Fehlersuche hilfreich sein könnte.

@T5-T6-Schnappi Das SRS-Problem hatte ich schon vorher. Als die Hauptbatterie schwächer wurde, kamen diese Fehler. Ich bin zur Werkstatt gegangen, die Batterie wurde gewechselt, aber die Fehler konnten nicht gelöscht werden. Ich habe das Auto dann zu Volvo gebracht, sie haben stundenweise berechnet, aber sie konnten den Fehler nicht finden, sogar Software wurde überprüft.

Eine weitere Frage: Ich habe die Hilfsbatterie messen lassen, ihr Zustand liegt bei 86 %. Kann diese Batterie in diesem Zustand solche Fehler verursachen? Als ich die alte Hilfsbatterie wieder eingebaut habe, wurden die neu hinzugekommenen Fehler gelöscht, aber die alten Fehler sind weiterhin da, wie auf dem oben Bild zu sehen ist.

@T5-T6-Schnappi Dort habe ich noch nicht nachgeschaut. Aber als ich die neu gekaufte Batterie wieder ausgebaut und die alte eingebaut habe, sind die meisten Fehler verschwunden.

Der SRS-Fehler ist allerdings noch vorhanden. Meinst du, es wäre sinnvoll, mit VDash einen SRS-Crash-Reset durchzuführen? Könnte das helfen?

@T5-T6-Schnappi ich habe eine neue Batterie gekauft und eingebaut. Danach wurden jedoch die unten aufgeführten Fehlermeldungen angezeigt und das Fahrzeug ließ sich nicht starten. Die Werte der neuen Batterie sind identisch mit denen der alten.

Bei der alten Batterie gibt es eine Gasentlüftungsöffnung, an die ein Schlauch angeschlossen wird.

Nachdem ich die alte Batterie wieder eingebaut habe, verschwanden die neu aufgetretenen Fehlermeldungen. Das zuvor bestehende Problem besteht jedoch weiterhin.

2015 Volvo V60 D3 – Airbag and ESC Warning Lights On

I live in Germany and own a 2015 Volvo V60 D3 Business Line.
I am not a professional mechanic, but I have many years of experience working with mobile phones, navigation systems, software, and diagnostics. Therefore, I am trying to understand and troubleshoot this issue myself before spending a large amount of money on dealer diagnostics.
The problem started when the vehicle's battery became weak. Suddenly, the ABS, ESC, and Airbag warning lights appeared on the dashboard.
I took the car to ATU, where they replaced the battery. However, the warning messages and fault codes remained. ATU advised me to take the vehicle to Volvo.
I then brought the car to a Volvo dealership. Unfortunately, they charge by the hour and wanted a significant amount of money just to diagnose the fault. Since there was no guarantee they would find the problem quickly, I decided to take the car back.
The vehicle has never been involved in an accident and there is no known crash damage.
The car drives perfectly normally with no noticeable issues. The only problem is the warning lights and stored fault codes.
I have read the fault codes using VDASH and attached the results below. I would greatly appreciate any advice from experienced Volvo technicians or owners who have dealt with similar issues.
Could someone please help me understand what these fault codes indicate and suggest the best way to proceed with VDASH diagnostics? Any guidance on where to start troubleshooting would be very helpful.

Thank you for your answer. I did it. I checked all the fuses, they're all fine. The battery ran out while I was decoding the PIN. I bought a new power source today. I will charge the battery and decode the PIN. But I don't know what steps to take after that.

have a 2015 Volvo V60 D3. I installed a ZTU CarPlay unit in my car and used it for 6–7 months. The original battery had never been replaced. Then I received a low battery warning, and errors such as airbag, ESC, and similar faults appeared.

The battery was replaced, but they couldn’t clear the warning messages. I went to a Volvo service center, but they also couldn’t clear the errors and said they would look into it later.

After that, I thought the issue might be related to the ZTU CarPlay, so I removed it. When I scanned the car with VDash, I still received these errors.

I don’t have much knowledge about this issue. I would appreciate it if you could tell me what I should do.
