@Tiboz Connect the car to Vdash and look it up from there. If the car is tunable by Vdash or not, depends on the software version, that is currently installed on the ECM. You also must decode the ECM and maybe the CEM before you can apply any tune.
You can also take a look here https://rica.nl/en/chiptuning/tuning-options/ as an alternative. If the car is an automatic, you can also buy a TCM tune from RICA which is similar to the polestar TCM optimization, but adapted to there tunes.

Get a DICE-clone/Mongoose JLR pro/Super J2534 adapter, a Laptop with Windows 10/11 and internet access, a charger that is able to maintain a constant load of 8 Ampere. Connect everything to your car, switch the ignition to pos. II (ignition on, engine not running) , start vdash, log in, click the connect button in the top left corner, click the decode CEM button, click the green button somewhere on the left. Wait for up to 24 hours until the PIN is decoded. The car goes into programming mode while the decode is running and can't be locked or used in any way. You can pause/restart the decoding at any point, the progress is stored on the vdash servers.

@joroartcorp remappings/tunes for the ECM/TCM and changes in the CEM configuration are two completely different pairs of shoes when it comes to software updates with an official VIDA.
    Mappings/tunes are only overwritten/deleted when a reload/update for the ECM/TCM is installed.
Changes in the CEM configuration get overwritten with the original configuration known to the volvo servers with every software update/reload that is performed with VIDA for any ecu in the car.
Normal diagnostics or activating service functions does nothing/keeps everything as is.
Additionally most tunes/remaps create a permanent checksum error, which tells the guys working with VIDA that the ECM/TCM was modified, so they won't perform updates/reloads without consent of the owners.
All the above is only valid for P1, P2, P3 cars. On SPA and newer any configuration change/tune is detected whenever VIDA gets connected and can lead to a blacklisting for software and OTA updates until the original software is present in the car.

Figured out the issue. I failed to notice the lead going into the CEM. This fixed the issue I had.

Next up, what would be the correct settings for a 2018 V40 to apply for the LDW?
Do I activate the LDW with sound warning, or is the One line tracking the correct one?

Not possible. There are various OBD HUD displays for this, or countless apps for mobile phones like Car Scanner ELM OBD2, that just require an OBD-dongle like a vLinker MC+ or OBDLink MX+, and show all parameters that are provided by the ECUs that are installed in your car. Except oil pressure. Volvo uses simple oil pressure switches on most of their engines that switch on/off at a specific pressure value and give a warning when the pressure is below a specific pressure value. If you want to see absolute pressure values, you have to install an aftermarket solution for that.

    @T5-T6-Schnappi
    Thanks for the answer.
So if I understand you correctly, If I have the appropriate cable and VDash on my laptop, then basically I can enable this feature via VDash?

@JONT3pro Nope. You need to add a resistor or use Canbus compatible LEDs.

    Heya,

for me at least, if I recall correctly the original it was the bottom option.
I switched to the User configurable DRL's though.

@ps603 "application" and "remove" = parameter change in the CEM or specific Ecu. "Reload" and "upgrade" = Ecu firmware.

You can do this with vdash. Different level sensors and rewiring is also needed.
