Received VOE with ethernet adapter and the Vdash connected to the car without issue. I have the Vdash lite account and it seems I can't run even basic diagnostic. Do I need to buy subscription for any reading?
I've already tried another pedal, it's the same... The pulling only received when pressing the pedal very lightly, after that there are no problems at all...
Maybe the pedal isn't the problem, what could it be?
Not always the IMMO code can be decoded in order to disable the ITP. On my 2013 V40 successfully cracked the PIN and making changes, but cant find the IMMO code, so I cant add keys or swap media for example.
Hi @VOLOK, you seem a expert, can you advise if VDASH offers for my V90 2018 a CEM PIN decoding option, is it enough for geting done that VCM reset in there? Or i need besides the CEM also a IMMO pin which is not given with that decoding?
BMS reset is only needed after replacing the main battery. The support battery has no sensor.
In your case simply do nothing. The battery management still adapts to the new battery, but it takes a little bit longer to be correct. Nothing to worry about. The BMS reset resets the battery timer, which is the only way to precisly tell the age of the battery or at least when it was installed in your car, and also tells the battery management to adapt to a new battery. This should never be performed without actually replacing the main battery.
@Usturmaca simply ask everything that is unclear. What do you want to do after you decoded the CEM?
Ich spreche übrigens auch deutsch, falls dir das lieber ist. 😉
@Searchy the HCM for your replacements should have part number 31468411. The original UK ones should have 31395944. So that might be part of your problem. I'm not sure if a software reload is needed when using used parts.
@Vauxi the VOE adapter is only compatible with cars that support DoIP (Diagnosis over Internet Protokol). That means SPA, SPA2, CMA plattform and maybe future generations. For the P1, P2, P3 plattform, you will need a DICE(clone), Super J2534, Mongoose Pro or whatever adapter, that supports the J2534-2 protocol. For the P80 plattform you would need an original DICE or a really good quality DICE-clone.
@T5-T6-Schnappi
I actually have driven the car for maybe around 15 min before doing the readout. I did turned off the engine and turned it back on when I was trying to connect to the VDASH. My emission is due in about 2 weeks, and I am just a bit nervous, haha.
